2012 Student Video Contest - Make Every Drop Count!
Congratulations to John Paoletto and John Portillo, sophomores at Southwestern Community College in Chula Vista, CA.
They collaborated on this video below entitled: "Magic Basket".
Their collaboration is the winner of 2012 Otay Water District Video Contest.
Presenting the award to John and John is Otay Water District Board President, Jose Lopez.

2012 runner-up is Carlo Fiorillo, a freshman at San Diego State University. His entry is entitled: "Down to the Last Drop."
